Research

Summary
The main goal of my research is to investigate computational methods that either help advance our understanding of molecular biology (bioinformatics) or lead to better ways to maintain or restore human health (medical informatics). I am particularly interested in machine learning and probabilistic approaches for uncovering patterns in sequential or temporal data.
