Netbeans - Visual Web and AJAX seminar

IEEE-CS will be holding a seminar on Netbeans 6.5 Visual Web and AJAX. You will learn how to use Netbeans 6.5 to develop Web application and Web application with AJAX visually by drag-n-drop of components and how to bind components to data and events.

The next general meeting of the ieee-cs@uwm meeting has been scheduled and will be held next Wednesday, November 5 at 2:00pm. As usual, we will be holding the meeting in the conference room in EMS E371. All are welcome. Among the items for discussion will be our upcoming new equipment purchases, future LAN parties, other events and seminars, and our SunSPOT project. The floor will also be open to any other club related topic introduced.

My cousin gave his Mac Classic II to me. It would boot with a ? on a floppy icon. At times it would boot and display some vertical black and white lines. It took me a long time to find the tools to open the Classic. I took out the motherboard, cleaned every spot, and rinsed it in water for several minutes. I replaced the hard drive and the floppy drive taken from a PowerMac 610. The System disks that came with the Classic were corrupted and I had to download them from Apple. Now, the Mac Classic works. It's fun to play Hangman.

We will finalize the design concept, followed by designation of group leaders and sign up for specific design facets. Then, each subsequent team will then create an agenda for the summer.
