Privacy International
Privacy International serves as the guard organization to surveillance by governments and corporations. Privacy International, an international (40+ countries) organization, helps raise awareness to the dangers of systems including ID cards, military surveillance, data matching, police information, credit reporting, etc. Privacy International is based in the UK and administered by EPIC, Electronic Privacy Information Center (based in D.C.). It is one of the leading organizations in raising awareness to loss of privacy through technology, through newsletters, and conferences each year.
